HVAC Apprentice

📋 Description

• Assist licensed technicians with preventive maintenance, service, and installs on HVAC equipment.
• Work on rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Perform basic maintenance: filter changes, coil cleaning, belt inspection, lubrication.
• Learn to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Support technicians during service calls, start-ups, and inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on every job site.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work toward EPA 608 Certification
• Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
• Comfortable working in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and confined spaces
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
