📋 Description

• Diagnose, service, and repair BAS and HVAC control systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and optimize efficiency
• Update and commission control programs in Niagara and Distech
• Analyze performance and recommend energy-saving improvements
• Troubleshoot network issues and complex system challenges
• Calibrate sensors, controllers, and actuators in the field

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in BAS, HVAC controls, or related field
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks protocols
• Interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and control diagrams
• Understand IP networks, system integration, and controls architecture
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with clean record
