🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional HVAC experience (residential/commercial/industrial)
• Familiarity with entry-level roles, apprenticeships, and EPA 608
• Interest in mentoring career changers into the trades
• Strong communication and teaching ability
• Availability at least three evenings per week (Tue-Thu)
• Self-starter, able to lead workshops independently
