HVAC/ Duct Foreman

📋 Description

• Oversee ductwork activities across multiple project sites, coordinating subcontractors and field
• Plan daily work activities, establish priorities, and assign crew members to scheduled tasks based
• Supervise field execution to ensure work meets quality, productivity, and project expectations.
• Enforce established safety policies and procedures, ensuring crew members follow safe work
• Conduct pre-task risk assessments with the crew to identify potential hazards and implement
• Communicate regularly with other supervisors, project management, and leadership regarding work

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated previous experience performing ductwork in commercial, industrial, or comparable
• Prior supervisory or foreman experience with ability to lead crews and coordinate subcontractors.
• Willingness and ability to travel full time to project locations throughout the United States.
• Strong understanding of field safety practices and ability to address job-site hazards.
• Self-sufficient, motivated, and proactive approach, with ownership of daily responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with all stakeholders.
