• Lead residential HVAC install projects and crews.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a lead in residential HVAC install.
• Proficient in HVAC design and ductwork installation.
• Lead and coach apprentices; install indoor/outdoor units.
• Strong safety knowledge of tools and job sites.
• EPA 2 Certification Required; NATE Certification bonus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
