Onsite HVAC installation at apartment communities; replace/upgrade air handlers and condensers.
Complete two HVAC changeouts per day and startup of new installations.
Ensure installations meet standards, regulations, and best practices.
Communicate effectively with management, team and onsite property teams.
Work at different community locations; in occupied and vacant units.
Assist with related tasks as directed and maintain safety standards.

🎯 Requirements

CFC/EPA certification – Type II or Universal.
3-5 years of residential HVAC repair, installation and maintenance experience.
Excellent customer service and communication.
Self-motivated; able to work independently and with a team.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with no restrictions.
Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and climb ladders.
