🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years residential HVAC installation experience preferred
  • EPA Certification (Preferred)
  • OSHA 10 Certification (Preferred)
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
  • Ability to lift/move heavy equipment; work in attics and crawl spaces
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
