📋 Description

• Drive growth: identify revenue opportunities, build relationships, manage pipeline.
• Assess on-site needs: evaluate HVAC systems and budget objectives.
• Develop proposals: prepare estimates, service agreements, and presentations.
• Partner across teams: collaborate with estimating, operations, PM, and field teams.
• Build partnerships: be a trusted advisor and maintain communication.
• Achieve revenue objectives: execute sales plans to hit targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in HVAC sales or technical sales.
• Working knowledge of HVAC equipment, systems, and service operations.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and achieve results.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
