🎯 Requirements

2+ years HVAC or technical sales experience
Working knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and services
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to succeed
Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
