📋 Description

• Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently.
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues on HVAC systems.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.
• Inform clients and team of service findings and next steps.
• Maintain service records of work, parts used, and system conditions.
• Work safely and comply with safety standards, codes, and policy.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical HVAC training preferred.
• 1+ years HVAC maintenance experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and components.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical docs.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
