📋 Description

• Complete scheduled HVAC maintenance and inspections.
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Inform clients and team on service findings and next steps.
• Maintain thorough service records of work, parts, and conditions.
• Perform work in compliance with safety standards and codes.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training or cert preferred.
• 1+ year HVAC maintenance experience.
• Solid HVAC knowledge: electrical circuits and mechanical components.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability.
• NATE certification or equivalent.
• Experience with digital service tools or mobile work order platforms.
