HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance and inspections (rooftop units, boilers, chillers, heat pumps)
• Replace or repair motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals
• Communicate service findings and recommendations to clients and team
• Maintain accurate records of work, parts used, and system conditions
• Ensure work adheres to safety standards, codes, and company policies

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred
• 1+ years HVAC maintenance or service experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components
• EPA 608 certification required
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
