🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years HVAC estimating in commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience with plan-and-spec and design-build HVAC.
• Detailed mechanical takeoffs and project budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems: sheet metal, piping, boilers.
• Proficiency with HVAC estimating software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
