HVAC Project Manager

📋 Description

• Plan, direct, and coordinate HVAC projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and procurement timelines.
• Lead meetings, provide updates, and collaborate with owners, GC, and vendors.
• Ensure safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction on site.
• Manage documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years HVAC Project Management experience.
• HVAC systems knowledge: sheet metal, piping, plumbing, BMS, startup.
• Ability to manage multiple HVAC construction projects.
• Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered; OSHA 30 preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus; travel as required.
