📋 Description

• Champion a strong safety culture across the region, ensuring compliance with safety policies
• Develop and execute regional strategies that support revenue growth, profitability, customer
• Lead and provide strategic direction to Regional Directors, Service Managers, and senior
• Establish and monitor key financial and operational metrics, including revenue, gross margin

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related
• MBA or other advanced business degree strongly preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience managing large-scale service operations across multiple states or
• Proven experience leading leaders, including Regional Directors and senior operational management
• Demonstrated success in improving operational performance, financial results, and organizational
