HVAC/R Service Assistant Technician (Atlanta, GA)

📋 Description

• Maintain HVAC/R units across assigned territory.
• Identify maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC/R systems.
• Perform commissioning checks; verify RTU controller configurations and operation.
• Perform routine maintenance: replace filters, clean coils, inspect belts.
• Respond to emergency service calls on nights and weekends (on-call).

🎯 Requirements

• HVAC controls experience; Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu familiarity is a benefit.
• New Technical School graduate.
• Ability to recognize control and mechanical issues early.
• Desire to learn continuously, technically and professionally.
• Desire to grow beyond being just a filter changer.
• Excellent verbal and written skills; customer-focused.
