📋 Description

• Maintain/repair Budderfly HVAC/R units across NYC area.
• Identify maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC/R systems.
• Perform commissioning checks and verify RTU controller configurations.
• Service maintenance: replace filters, clean coils, inspect belts.
• Respond to emergency service calls and log work order activities.

🎯 Requirements

• HVAC Controls experience; Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu familiarity
• Technical School graduate
• Identify control and mechanical issues before escalation
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
• Desire to grow beyond just a filter changer
• Excellent verbal/written skills; customer-focused; travel ability
