📋 Description

• Partner with HVAC Service leadership to provide analytical support for strategic service
• Develop, document, and maintain end-to-end reporting processes, metrics, and tracking expectations
• Create and deploy key performance indicators that help leadership and local market teams monitor
• Deliver consistent reporting on financial expectations, commitments, operational performance, and
• Develop and implement program enhancements, analytical tools, and technology platforms that improve
• Train field teams and leadership on new programs, metrics, analytical tools, and process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, as well
• Experience working with large data sets and creating pivot tables.
• Experience with Power BI, Siebel/Oracle, Hyperion, or other business management systems is
