HVAC Service & Repair Technician

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment (furnaces, AC, heat pumps, air handlers)
• Perform warranty service calls per manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and airflow issues.
• Conduct system inspections and preventive maintenance services.
• Complete warranty documentation, service reports, and parts requests accurately.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to homeowners professionally.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• 2–5 years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• Strong HVAC diagnostic, refrigeration, electrical troubleshooting, and airflow knowledge.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
