HVAC Service/Sales Technician

📋 Description

• Consult with clients on indoor air, heating, cooling, and ventilation options.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems; provide replacement options.
• Perform routine maintenance: cleaning, filter replacements, and tune-ups.
• Ensure all work meets safety and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records and document recommendations and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively about system performance.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years HVAC maintenance, service and repair
• EPA certification; Journeyman's license a plus
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; valid driver's license
