📋 Description

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems for residential clients.
• Provide good/better/best options and consult on solutions.
• Repair or replace HVAC equipment per recommendations.
• Ensure work complies with safety and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and document repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC cert preferred.
• Minimum 2 years HVAC maintenance, service, repair.
• EPA certification and Journeyman’s license is a plus.
• HVAC systems, electrical components, refrigerants knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in various weather, lift heavy equipment.
