HVAC Service Technician

📋 Description

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers).
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on commercial equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders.
• Follow safety procedures, local codes, and company policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with rooftop units (RTUs), package units, and commercial refrigeration systems.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required (Universal Required).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
