HVAC Service Technician

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair large tonnage chillers (air- & water-cooled).
• Commission and startup chiller and controls for peak efficiency.
• Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and controls issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on chillers, towers, pumps, boilers.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
• Document service work, repairs, and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting across low and high voltage systems.
• Comfortable working independently with limited oversight.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and confined spaces.
