📋 Description

• Service and repair HVAC systems; analyze issues; provide estimates.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems; diagnostic checks and planning.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs; improve reliability.
• Interact with customers professionally.
• Follow safety standards and regulations; maintain safe environment.
• Document services and recommendations; complete forms and logs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years’ experience as a residential HVAC technician.
• Strong communication skills.
• TDLR certification and EPA certification required.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Highly motivated with the ability to convert service calls into revenue ethically.
