Lead and direct a team of facility technicians

Know and understand all safety procedures, report unsafe conditions
Maintain appropriate records for all trades

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
3+ years of experience with facilities management
Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of building management and automated facilities monitoring systems
Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Experience managing budgets and third-party vendors
