📋 Description

Lead and supervise launch facilities operations to prevent outages
Supervise trades/contractors for maintenance, HVAC, power, fire protection
Develop cost improvements and energy reduction programs
Direct construction projects to SpaceX standards with minimal downtime
Oversee renovation of mechanical, electrical, HVAC and water systems
Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance on generators, UPS, electrical power distribution centers, and HVAC

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
2+ years in a leadership role
5+ years facilities and mechanical systems experience
Building management and automated facilities monitoring systems
Experience with TPM or RCM maintenance
Experience with military/government agencies
