HVAC Technician

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and IAQ equipment.
• Work independently on a wide range of HVAC issues.
• Complete projects and tasks in a timely manner.
• Provide positive customer experiences during interactions.
• Identify and complete tasks needed to finish each service call.
• Maintain inventory on the service vehicle.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of previous HVAC experience
• Possess a valid state Driver’s License and auto insurance
• Must pass an MVR check to drive a company vehicle
• Ability to climb ladder and enter/exit attic and roof spaces
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50lbs regularly; up to 75lbs occasionally; and 75+lbs with assistance
