📋 Description

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in homes and light commercial sites.
• Diagnose HVAC issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with codes, manufacturer specs, and best practices.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coordinate with teams.
• Complete jobs efficiently with minimal supervision.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed HVAC Technician in Connecticut or equivalent state certifications.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of residential and light commercial HVAC service.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical codes, and refrigerant principles.
• Experience with older systems and retrofit projects desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
