📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for cultivation.
• Monitor temperature, humidity, and airflow controls.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and replace filters regularly.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for climate control and EPA refrigerant handling.
• Collaborate with cultivation, processing, and retail teams to meet facility climate needs.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Technical school certification or 1-2 years HVAC experience (required)
• At least 5 years hands-on HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
• EPA 608 Universal certification (required)
• Knowledge of HVAC systems including heating, cooling, dehumidification, and ventilation
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration components
