HVAC Technician

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air handlers, dehumidifiers, ventilation
• Monitor and adjust climate controls including temperature, humidity, and air circulation levels
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC-related problems to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency
• Perform preventive maintenance including cleaning, replacing filters, and inspecting system
• Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis industry regulations for climate control, air
• Support energy efficiency efforts and optimize system performance

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Technical school certification or 1-2 years of experience in commercial or residential HVAC
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
• EPA 608 Universal certification (required)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including heating, cooling, dehumidification, and ventilation
• Understanding of climate control for indoor cultivation with expertise in temperature and humidity
