Plan, install, maintain, and test HVAC systems in homes and light commercial settings.
Install, maintain, and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, ducts.
Perform system replacements and balancing of airflow.
Read blueprints, mechanical plans, wiring diagrams.
Ensure work complies with codes and manufacturer specs.
Diagnostics with meters, gauges, HVAC tools.

🎯 Requirements

Licensed CT HVAC Technician or equivalent certification.
EPA 608 Certification.
5+ years residential & light commercial HVAC service.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, refrigeration principles, safety.
Experience with older systems/retrofits desirable.
Proficient with mobile work order apps, time tracking, and inventory management.
