Maintain and repair HVAC equipment (air handlers, pumps, towers, valves, filters).
Perform preventive maintenance on facility HVAC systems.
Collaborate with engineering to keep systems in peak condition.
Follow OSHA, EPA, NFPA, NEC and SpaceX safety policies.
Perform ductwork modifications and repairs.
Brazing, soldering, evacuation and charging of refrigerants.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
EPA 608 Universal certificate.
1+ years HVAC, pneumatic, mechanical or electrical experience.
Associate degree in HVAC technology.
ARI universal certification.
Building management system experience (e.g., Metasys) and VFD maintenance.
