  • The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation
  • Diagnose HVAC issues, perform routine maintenance, ensure code/manufacturer compliance, and
  • Complete jobs efficiently with minimal supervision; work primarily in residential (80%) and some
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship while representing the company professionally.
  • Plan layout, assemble, install, maintain, and test HVAC equipment and systems in various settings.
  • Read blueprints, mechanical plans, and wiring diagrams to guide work.

🎯 Requirements

  • Licensed HVAC Technician in Connecticut or equivalent state-required certifications.
  • EPA 608 Certification (required).
  • Minimum 5 years of residential and light commercial HVAC service experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, refrigeration principles, and safe practices.
  • Experience with older systems/retrofits; leadership/mentoring may be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills; clean driving record and ability to pass
