🎯 Requirements

Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Must be a licensed pharmacist in Oregon
Completion of a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency OR completion of a PGY1 Residency and at least 1
Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset
Solid computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel
