Hybrid Tele-Health Clinician (Part-Time)

📋 Description

• Conducts clinical assessments and reassessments for referred customers
• Reviews medical and health documents using standard procedures
• Performs psychosocial assessments using approved tools
• Executes SSA disability evaluation process
• Identifies functional limitations and determines capacity outcomes
• Coordinates follow-up and outreach with team as needed

🎯 Requirements

• NYS license or provisional license required
• Master's degree in psychology, special education, or social work
• 2+ years with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged
• Eligible to be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Available for crisis intervention
