Hydrotechnical Designer (for projects in Germany)

📋 Description

• Hydrotechnical Designer to work on water infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in Germany through AFRY Design Center
• Involved in all project phases from feasibility to implementation support
• Plan and design hydraulic and civil engineering projects (locks, weirs, waterfront/port structures
• Coordinate surveys, geotechnical investigations, and hydraulic analyses
• Prepare reports, tender documents, and construction concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• ≥5 years in infrastructure planning/design
• English proficiency (CEFR B2+)
• Tendering, quantity take-offs, cost estimation experience
• Experience with AVA or similar procurement software (e.g., RIB iTWO)
• MS Office proficiency; strong analytical/communication skills
