Hyperscaler Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Establish end-to-end marketplace operations for AWS and GCP.
• Own private offer workflows with Deal Desk across AWS/GCP.
• Manage hyperscaler funding initiatives (SCA, MPOPP, MCCP) including milestones.
• Escalation point for marketplace and funding ops across systems.
• Own hyperscaler tech ecosystem: Salesforce CRM, Tackle.io, PRM configurations.
• Design and deploy AI agents to automate hyperscaler workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in cloud marketplace operations and hyperscaler workflows
• Hands-on with Tackle.io or equivalent cloud marketplace platforms
• Strong Salesforce CRM experience with partner objects and admin basics
• Deep knowledge of AWS and GCP marketplace mechanics, including private offers
• Experience managing hyperscaler funding initiatives (SCA, MPOPP, MCCP)
• Ability to design and document complex processes and automate with AI
