IAM Delivery Lead (Remote)

📋 Description

• Create project plans and budgets; coordinate with GPS and client PMs
• Manage Certinia time tracking to keep projects on budget
• Create team forecasts and burn rate reports for leadership
• Develop staffing standards and delivery templates
• Gather IAM requirements; define technical vision across groups
• Track project risks, hours, and budgets; report to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM/Delivery Lead experience in large enterprises
• IAM programs using SailPoint, Saviynt, Delinea, CyberArk, Okta
• SDLC experience; familiar with waterfall and agile
• Proficient with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Certinia
• Strong verbal and written skills for technical docs/presentations
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and budgets
• Independent worker; able to communicate with executives
