📋 Description

  • Own and improve IAM tooling (Okta, ConductorOne) enterprise-wide
  • Drive scalable access controls (RBAC, ABAC, JIT)
  • Partner with compliance to align access with SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001
  • Collaborate on cross-functional security, engineering, IT projects
  • Mentor junior engineers on IAM best practices
  • Support IAM integration for mergers & acquisitions

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years Terraform for IAM infra at scale
  • 2+ years managing an Okta tenant with 1,000+ users (SSO, MFA, policy)
  • 2+ years scripting for operational tasks via APIs
  • 2+ years with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, ConductorOne, Lumos
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders
