IAM Engineer

📋 Description

• Own, implement, and improve IAM tooling like Okta and ConductorOne.
• Drive adoption of scalable access controls (RBAC, ABAC, JIT).
• Partner with compliance/audit teams for SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects across security, engineering, and IT.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote IAM best practices.
• Support onboarding of acquired companies into our identity ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years Terraform to manage IAM infrastructure at scale
• 2+ years managing Okta tenant with 1,000+ users (SSO, MFA, policies)
• 2+ years scripting for ops tasks (reports, API data)
• 2+ years working with IGA platforms (SailPoint, ConductorOne, Lumos)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
