Lead implementation of IGA solutions and integrate with critical enterprise apps.
Provide direction to mid-level and junior engineers; train top talent.
Create comprehensive design and testing documentation per lifecycle.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to resolve issues.
Assist direct and partner sales teams with technical pre-sales, including POCs and addressing objections.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
2+ years at Senior Consultant level in Identity Governance design and deployment.
Domain Expertise: User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation.
Auditing, Reporting, and Access Certification.
SoD and Cloud Security.
Java/J2EE, SQL, REST/SOAP, Directories, Unix Shell/Perl.
