IC3 - SPEI Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Monitor and provide tier 2/3 support for the payment platform, specifically managing virtual
• Maintain JBoss Application Servers to ensure the frictionless lifecycle of financial transfers.
• Track vendor activities, manage deliverables, and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to automate repetitive tasks and enhance observability tools
• Identify root causes of failures in communication with Banco de México (Banxico) and connectivity
• Work closely with Product and Finance teams to implement regulatory changes or service improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience working with payment systems, ideally with SPEI protocols and
• Solid knowledge of Linux and scripting (Bash, Python, or Go).
• Cloud expertise (AWS/Azure) focused on platform services.
• Hands-on experience with containers (Docker / Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Grafana) for transaction
• Ability to perform complex SQL queries for auditing and resolving transactional discrepancies.
