📋 Description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines for all data types.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business needs.
Develop and optimize data models to support analytics and AI-driven solutions.
Implement batch, microbatch, near real-time, and real-time pipelines for performance.
Drive data governance and privacy strategies across the data lifecycle.
Design and maintain architectures for data lakes, warehouses, and streaming platforms.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years designing scalable data solutions on GCP & AWS; Python, Java, and expert SQL
End-to-end Data Engineering lifecycle: ETL/ELT, batch & real-time
Strong data governance and privacy across complex architectures
Autonomy with mentoring junior engineers
Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience; align data initiatives with OKRs
APIs and external data integrations experience
