IC4 - Sr Software Engineer Backend

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimize backend software solutions.
• Lead code reviews and enforce quality standards.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs for system integration.
• Define and optimize the development lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Data Management and DevOps in agile sprints.
• Manage and operate critical production systems for availability.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5+ years of software engineering experience in team environments.
• Proficient in Java (Spring Boot/Hibernate) or Go/Node.js.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, microservices, RESTful APIs.
• Experience with testing (TDD/BDD/ATDD) and secure coding (SAST/DAST).
• SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), containers, and CI/CD.
• Scrum experience and Jira project tracking.
