ICAM Engineer – IBM Security Verify Governance (ISVG)

📋 Description

• Gather and analyze requirements with stakeholders to understand identity governance needs.
• Lead and participate in use-case discussions; translate requirements into solutions.
• Support design, configuration, testing, and validation of ISVG implementations.
• Design and maintain ISVG components: workflows, lifecycle rules, roles, policies.
• Configure and manage ISVG security models: ACIs, groups, RBAC.
• Develop and maintain forms, approvals, and governance processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in identity and access management or related security engineering.
• Strong hands-on ISVG experience.
• Solid ICAM/IAM concepts; lifecycle management, workflows, provisioning, governance.
• Experience designing/configuring identity governance: roles, entitlements, policies, approvals.
• Knowledge of ISVG concepts: ACIs, groups, RBAC.
• Experience in secure, regulated, or enterprise environments.
