ICAM Engineer – IBM Security Verify Governance (ISVG)

📋 Description

• Gather and analyze requirements with stakeholders for identity governance.
• Lead and participate in use case discussions; translate requirements into solutions.
• Support design, configuration, testing, and validation for ISVG implementations.
• Design and maintain ISVG components: workflows, lifecycle rules, roles, policies.
• Configure ISVG security models: ACIs, groups, and RBAC.
• Develop forms, approval flows, and governance processes for secure identity management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IAM/identity governance or related security roles.
• Strong hands-on ISVG experience.
• Solid ICAM/IAM concepts, identity lifecycle, workflows, provisioning, and access governance.
• Experience designing/configuring identity governance solutions: roles, entitlements, policies.
• Knowledge of ISVG security concepts, including ACIs, groups, and RBAC.
• Experience in secure, regulated/enterprise environments.
