ICAM Engineer – IBM Security Verify Governance (ISVG)

📋 Description

• Gather requirements with stakeholders to define identity governance needs.
• Lead use-case discussions, translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Support design, configuration, testing, and validation of ISVG deployments.
• Design and maintain ISVG components: workflows, lifecycle rules, roles, policies.
• Configure ISVG security models: ACIs, groups, and RBAC.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues and improve identity governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in identity and access management or related security roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Security Verify Governance (ISVG).
• Solid ICAM/IAM concepts: lifecycle, workflows, provisioning, access governance.
• Experience designing identity governance: roles, entitlements, policies, approvals.
• Knowledge of ISVG concepts: ACIs, groups, RBAC.
• Experience in secure, regulated, or enterprise environments.
