ICT Associate Director

📋 Description

• Lead ICT engineering design activities, including conceptual design, calculations, and QA.
• Serve as technical authority on complex projects; Engineer of Record when required.
• Mentor and develop ICT engineering team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Establish and maintain ICT design standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Support strategic planning, resource forecasting, staffing initiatives, and dept growth.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in ICT engineering, design, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degrees may count as experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
• At least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICT systems, calculations, topologies, codes, standards.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
