ICT Operation Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage staff and resources assigned to the ICT area
• Plan, organize and monitor operational activities
• Supervise the management of ICT infrastructure and related services
• Ensure continuity, quality, security and efficiency of ICT services
• Oversee network infrastructures, virtualized environments, servers and company devices
• Monitor service performance and identify improvement actions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in ICT
• Knowledge of firewall and switch architectures and main functionalities
• Knowledge of router architectures and functionalities, also in relation to services managed by
• Knowledge of network infrastructures, main protocols and network services
• Knowledge of VPN and MPLS connectivity technologies
• Knowledge and management of virtualized environments
