📋 Description

• coordinating and managing staff and resources assigned to the ICT area
• planning, organizing and monitoring operational activities
• supervising the management of the ICT infrastructure and related services
• ensuring continuity, quality, security and efficiency of ICT services
• managing network infrastructures, virtualized environments, servers and corporate devices
• monitoring service performance and identifying improvement interventions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in ICT
• Good knowledge of firewall and switch architectures and main functionalities
• Knowledge of router architectures and functionalities, also in relation to services managed by
• Knowledge of network infrastructures, main protocols and network services
• Knowledge of connectivity technologies such as VPN and MPLS
• Knowledge and management of virtualized environments
